What does it take to debut at number two on the ARIA country charts as an independent artist, right behind Keith Urban?

For Sandee Facy, it started with a decision to stop performing other people's songs and start sharing her own stories.

In this episode, Sandee talks about the personal experiences that shaped her debut album Chasing Clarity, including the moment she knew she had something worth saying. We get into the art of storytelling through music, writing songs that tackle real issues and why people who claim they don't like country music can't stop listening to hers.

An honest conversation about finding your voice, embracing your journey, and what it really means to make it as an independent artist.
